E-voting

The date and time for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation is Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 4 PM. 

Members are mailed a director elections kit in late May and can ensure their participation in the Blue Ridge director election process by promptly signing and returning their Proxy or completing an electronic Proxy by accessing the link https://www.directvote.net/bremc/. The full web link is required for voting security purposes. Failure to complete this Proxy as instructed may invalidate your vote. If, as of the record date established in Section 2.01 of the Cooperative’s Bylaws, you are not a Member of Blue Ridge or your membership is in a status of suspension, your vote will not be counted.
