Residential Rate Schedules
1.1 R – Residential (RES-1, RES-2, RES3-1): Available to individual residential members in permanent residences.
1.2 Schedule RE - Residential All Electric (RE-1, RE-2): Available only to members in individually metered permanent residences who meet the requirements.
1.2.1 Schedule RC - Residential Conservation Service (RCRES-1, RCRES-2): Available only to members in individually metered permanent residences who meet the requirements.
Commercial/Industrial (C&I) Rate Schedules
2.1 GS- General Service (GS-1,GS-2, GS-3, GS-7, GS3-3): Available to commercial and general service members for full time perm-anent service or for temporary construction of facilities that do not exceed 25 kW in demand.
2.2 GSSC - General Service Small Commercial (GSSC3-3, GSSC3-7, GSSC-3): Available to small commercial, industrial, and general service consumers with a capacity requirement of 25 kW to 1000 kW. (Same rate as 3.1 Large Power)
3.1 LP - Large Power (LP-3, LP-4, LP1-4): Available to commercial, industrial, and general service consumers with a capacity requirement of 25 to 1000 kW.
3.5 Schedule I - Industrial Service (INDSV-4, INDSV-P): Available to manufacturing and commercial consumers where the maximum monthly demands average at least 1,000 kW over the most recent twelve months or the annual energy requirements are at least 6,000,000 kWh.
3.6 Schedule GZP - Growth Zone Pricing (GZP-3, GZP-4): Available to commercial or industrial customers for three phase electric service with maximum load requirement of 75 kW or greater to new facilities located in a Cooperative designated growth zone.
3.7 Schedule IEDT – Industrial Economic Development Textile (IEDT-8): Available to textile manufacturing consumers where the monthly demand averages at least 7,000 kW over the most recent twelve months or the annual energy requirements are at least 55,000,000 kWh.
4.3 IT – Industrial Service Transmission (IT-5): Available only to consumers served directly from the transmission system of 44 kV and above.
Additional Rates Schedules and Riders (applicable to both Residential and C&I accounts)
6.1 OL - Outdoor Lighting Service: Available for dusk to dawn outdoor lighting service to all members where the Cooperative’s distribution facilities are located. Not available for part-time or seasonal operation of luminaries.
8.1 WPCA-1 - Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment Clause: Applicable to All Schedules except Schedule W.
8.4 NC GreenPower Program, Rider GP-1: Available on a voluntary basis in conjunction with any of the Cooperative’s schedules for a consumer who contracts with the Cooperative for a block or blocks of electricity produced from Renewable Resources provided through the NC GreenPower Program.
8.5 NC GreenPower Program Rider REN-1: Available on a voluntary basis in conjunction with any of the Cooperative’s schedules for a consumer who contracts with the Cooperative for minimum of 100 blocks of electricity produced from Renewable Resources provided through the NC GreenPower Program.
8.6 Rider NB – Net Billing Rider for Member Owned Renewable Generation Systems Less Than 20 kW: Available at the Cooperative’s option for up to twenty-five (25) residential members receiving concurrent service.
8.7 Rider NM – Net Metering Rider for Member Owned Renewable Generation Systems Less Than 20 kW: Available at the Cooperative’s option for up to twenty-five (25) residential members receiving concurrent service.
8.8 Schedule REPS - Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard Rider: Service under this rider is applicable to all retial consumers of the Cooperative for the recovery of the Cooperative's incremental costs associated with meeting their Renewable Energy Standard Portfolio (REPS) pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 62-133.8 and NCUC Rule R8-67.
