*Important Notice: Blue Ridge Electric's pay online option will be unavailable on Monday, November 17, from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM and again on Thursday, November 20, from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to contact your local district office if you have questions or concerns about the timely payment of your power bill.
Blue Ridge Electric processes all payments in-house. If you use automatic bill pay through your local bank, you will need to update your payment information to reflect our new mailing address:

If this information isn't updated, you will quite possibly experience a delay in the posting of your payment.
*This is also a perfect opportunity to review your account number as it is listed in your automatic bill payment information to ensure it is correct
Please note: If your account is past due and subject to disconnection please call or come by your local district office to make payment arrangements if you should find yourself in this situation.
Any time extensions or payment arrangements you may have requested for previous bills due replace or void the disconnect date on your current bill.

You can also use this feature to review your 12-month billing history, payment history or current bill without paying online.
