FINAL NOTE: If the gadget is asking you for a "key," you most probably installed the "Itelagrid" gadget rather than the Google Powermeter gadget. This is easily remedied by taking the following steps:

  1. Verify which gadget you installed. (The "Itelagrid" name is located in a thin bar on the top of the gadget)
  2. If you installed the Itelagrid gadget click the arrow pointing down on the top right-hand side of the gadget
    • click DELETE
    • click YES
  3. Navigate to www.google.com/powermeter - you should see power data
  4. Click on the “+google” icon on the middle left-hand side of the screen to add the gadget.
