- Questline - Blue Ridge Electric is pleased to offer Questline, a NO COST "Ask an Expert" hotline and internet resource website.

- Specialized Energy Services - TSE Services, Inc., a Touchstone Energy partner with Blue Ridge Electric, is available to provide specialized energy services for Blue Ridge members. Services include monitoring, power quality and harmonics monitoring, and energy auditing services. Contact Brian Crutchfield, director of economic development, Russell Sheets, key account manager, or Rand Smith, electric services manager, for additional information.
- Budget Billing – a convenient budgeting tool that allows our members to know exactly what their power costs will be eleven out of twelve months during the year.
- Invoice Billing – allows our members to get multiple meter locations billed on ONE invoice reducing internal accounting costs. Combine all of your accounts to make a statement!
- Bank Draft – a great way to manage cash flow and simplify paying your monthly energy bill.
- Electronic Funds Transfer – enables members to directly “wire” payment(s) to Blue Ridge, eliminating the uncertainty of postal service from remote locations.
